Day 1: HaNoi arrival

Pick up from airport and transfer to hotel.

Day 2: Hanoi- city tour- night train

Full day visit Hanoi city , 20:00 transfer to Train station take overnight train to Sapa.

Day3:  Sapa - ThanhPhu – SinChai: Arrive LaoCai station transfer to Sapa by Van, take rest, breakfast...then start trekking from: i .

Leave Sapa by jeep for Su Pan, enjoying scenic views of valleys, mountaintops, and rice-terraces along the way. Meet different hill-tribes, each with their unique style of dress. Cross a river on foot to reach the village of ThanhPhu, a lively Tay village. Lunch in a local house before moving on to a smaller valley nearby.

Follow a gently rising path to an altitude of 1,040 meters, before descending into the isolated village of SinChai. Few foreigners had even been to SinChai before 1998, so the villagers have retained their original rural lifestyles. Enjoy dinner in the private house of a Red Dzao ethnic minority family.


Day4: SinChai - NamSai - ThanhPhu – BanHo.

After breakfast, leave SinChai and hike around the side of a mountain back to ThanhPhu, with stops en route at NamSai and with a remote hill tribe at XaPho village. Lunch in ThanhPhu, then continue trekking along a riverbank to BanHo village, where the Tay minority peoples live. A motorbike trip to BanHo village is optional. Enjoy a refreshing evening swim in a nearby river, before spending the evening with a local Tay family.


Day5: BanHo – Sapa.

After breakfast, leave BanHo, where Russian jeeps await for the transfer back to Sapa. Check in Hotel, lunch, 3 hours rest, bathing.... Until 17h30 transfer to LaoCai station for night train back to HaNoi.

End of services. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).

* Note: This trekking tour is not difficult, although participants should be able to walk 15 km (6-7 hours) on well-demarcated paths, and should feel comfortable on occasionally steep slopes. This is a Grade 2. on a scale of 1-5, with 5 is the most difficult trekking.

Day6: Hanoi- Halong bay

Arrival Hanoi at 5 AM, meet and transfer hotel for quick shower  and breakfast then driving to Halong Bay: Discover two incredible stalagmite caves on lime stone mountain:

8 .30 am: Meet at Hotel, guide of cruise company pick up you in hotel . Drive to Halong City (3.5 hrs) thru the Red River Delta with its verdant farmland dotted with local villages.

Welcome aboard. Set sail through breathtaking scenery of the Bay while lunch is served in her gourmet restaurant. Visit the incredible stalagmite cave of Sung Sot on lime Stone Mountain. Sunset cruise to serene Bai Tu Long Bay to see such amazing karsts of different formations as: Cong Troi , Hang Buom , Yen Ngua , and Human Head . Drop anchor at a quite inlet for a leisurely swim with towering limestone mountain backdrop or visit Hang Trinh Groto (one of the quietest caves in the bay, where you can walk up to a nearby summit for a panoramic view of the Bay and the traditional sails. Enjoy great sunset dinner in our ambient restaurant. Chat with your fellow travelers in the bar or go night fishing before retiring to the comfort of your cabin. (B,L, D)

Day7: Discover HaLong Bay:

 A t sunrise, enjoy Taichi exercise yourself. International breakfast is served while cruising to the other areas of Bai Tu Long Bay. Embark a bamboo sampan rowed by a local girl to explore the fascinating floating fishing village  . We will visit local houses, fish farms, and schools or kayak through water tunnels in to hidden lagoons to see unique sea creatures and colorful coral reefs. Back on boat of traditional junk, gourmet lunch will be served whilst the Cruiser keeps on its route through the Bay back to Halong City. Check out after 11:30 before returning to the Jetty for transfer to the private coach back to Hanoi.

Day 8: Hanoi -DaNang - Arrival – HoiAn.

 Flight to Da Nang, Pick-up at DaNang International Airport then transfer to hotel . Take a short drive to the riverside town of HoiAn just south of DaNang. En route, visit the Marble Mountains and stone carving village at Non Nuoc. Upon arrival in HoiAn, take a walking tour ( 3 hours ) of this ancient trading port. Visit a traditional Chinese Communal House, a Hokkien Temple, ancient merchants' houses, the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, and the colorful local market. Optional visit to a Chinese Herbal Medicine physician.


Day9: HoiAn – walking -Tra Que village – Hue.

In the morning, Depart at your hotel in Hoian at 8:00AM, you will drive to Tra Que Vegetable Village (3kms far from Hoian town). It is time for you to experience a day of living and working with the local farmers in this village. A walking tour  ( 2 hours )of the organic vegetable and herb gardens can include some time working in the field if you like, or merely observing and learning about the system and the fresh ingredients. Back to Tra Que’s family house, you will be enjoy with "food massage" before working together with our family chef to learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food. Then, sit down and a chance to savour the dishes you have prepared. 
After lunch, drive north to Hue, imperial capital of the Nguyen Dynasty from 1802 to 1945. OVERNIGHT IN HUE.

Day10: Hue – A Luoi – Hamburger Hill – A Roang & homestay (LD)

Leave Hue at 8:00am and transfer to A Luoi district on 49 National Highway, you will pass through the countryside of KoTu and Ta Oi ethnic people and get beautiful landscapes en route. After 2 hours on car, you reach A Luoi town and be on small road to reach Hamburger Hill which is the famous hot spot in Vietnam War of May 1969. You will be transferred to the mountain foot and then step by step to get to the top on way you have chance to see forest and old airport as well as the landscapes surrounding the hill.

Trek back and have lunch at local restaurant in town. Visit local market, and then continue to Aka Chi village. Afterwards walk around the village to learn about Ta Oi way of life weaving (cloth/ bamboo/ rattan) demonstration agricultural activities, cooking, and visit local school. Have a swimming at A Roang hot spring.

Have dinner and enjoy Ta Oi ethnic cultural show. Overnight at the communal house


Day11:A Roang forest trek - Hue (B, L)

Get up early and enjoy the morning life with the lively sound of forest. You walk around the village to learn more of their local life and culture with handicraft textiles and weaving, etc. Then you will start your half day trekking through the forest to get more discovery of primary forest with the diversity of ecological system with valuable trees and flora and fauna. Then you will be back the town to have lunch at local restaurant before leaving Aluoi for back Hue city. On the way you may stop at Chi Lanh weaving village of A Dot commune and along HCM highway, including A Shau airbase.
You will arrive in Hue around 4:00 pm. Overnight in hotel in Hue

Day 12: Hue - Boat Cruise.

Morning boat cruise through the centre of Hue on the romantic Perfume River. Visit the seven-storey ThienMu Pagoda along the riverbank. Car transfer to view the Imperial Citadel and DongBa market. In the afternoon, take short drives to the elaborate KhaiDinh and TuDuc tombs. En route, visit local families making VietNam famous conical hats and colorful incense. Optional visit to Royal Antique Museum inside the Imperial Citadel, where a fine collection of Nguyen Dynasty antiques are on display. OVERNIGHT IN HUE.                                              

Day 13: Hue – Hochiminh city.

Morning free. Transfer to airport flight to HoChi Minh city, pick up and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day free for resting or exploring the city.


Day 14: Depart SaiGon ( B)

Morning transfer to TanSonNhat Airport for flight home.

Trekking Vietnam  through jungles and across landscapes, the mountainous north of Vietnam is home to many cheerful and vibrant hill tribes. As well as the challenging ascent of Fansipan and Ta Chi Nhu mountain a wonderful features of this adventure is spending a couple of nights on trek in the village homes of some of these welcoming tribes and with the help of your guide being able to learn more about their culture and traditions.
